I offer Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training programs in the greater New England area and nationally.  With time on the mat since 1989 and in the role of the  teacher since 1999 I've much experience to draw from.  The programs I offer far exceed the standards set by Yoga Alliance incorporating many different techniques, a cross-pollination of styles, and penetrating study of asana, anatomy, meditation, therapeutics, hands on assisting, sequencing, wisdom teachings, subtle anatomy and so much more.

Revolution Community Yoga - Acton, MA

New program starting in November 2018!  Deepen your practice of yoga asana and anatomy, broaden your knowledge of yoga philosophy, and develop your teaching skills in a supportive, educational environment.  In this 12 session, 300 hour teacher training, the emphasis is on the subtle body and learning how to work one on one with students for maximum effect.  Much time is also dedicated to understanding the advanced practices and narratives that comprise the ancient tradition of yoga, while keeping a pragmatic approach for the modern student.

Back-Bending: The Map & the Territory (200hr TT required)

There's nothing like the word "backbend" to clear (most people out of) a yoga room!  Many people find back-bending asana unpleasant, to say the least.  Many find only pain in back-bends.  This weekend will offer several maps thru which to view one's approach to back-arches, including studying body types, alignment techniques, utilizing support, and the various catagories of back-bending shapes.  Learn to love the practice of back-bending, and see what these uniques shapes can offer you!
